Priority Delivery

Priority delivery jumps you ahead of the queue for Simple Website orders and aims to deliver your website within three working days. If for whatever reason I am unable to get your website completed in time, then your priority delivery fee is refunded! It's a win-win to include Priority Delivery with your order if you ask me.

Domain Name Registration

Don't want to use a sub domain name on your monthly plan? You can just add Domain Registration to your account to get the perfect name for you registered! If you don't want a .com name, you can also use the custom registration service I provide to get the perfect name for your website.

Advanced Analytics Services

Want more in depth data on your website, while respecting your visitors privacy? With the paid version of Analytics Services, you can get insights into your visitors without needing cookie consent notices. Using Plausible Analytics, you're able to get the statistics you need, while remaining privacy conscious.

You get the full suite productivity tools offered with 30GB of storage included. Working with others? Premium Service Plan

The Premium service plan for Simple Websites, unlocks the ability to change every aspect of your website from style, layout and more. On top of that, Premium service plan accounts have priority included for any changes that are requested to your website. If you want to take your Simple Website to the fullest extent possible, then this add-on is for you.

I have plans to introduce the ability to accept payments on your Simple Website. Be it you're looking for people to support your work through one time donations or subscriptions for your content. Or you're a tradesperson looking to enable your customers to pay invoices online, I hope to have a solution for you, some time soon, to enable easier payments acceptance for you.

This is when you can select your subscription period (monthly or annual) along with selecting Priority delivery. Oh what to talk about! I have worked in technology for the past seven years in various capacities. I started with self employment, which Simple Websites still partly relates to. But I work for / have worked for some of the largest companies in the world from healthcare to logistics. My primary skills involve infrastructure management, having supported thousands of applications in my time, sometimes all at once! But, I do enjoy design to a certain extent, which is where Simple Websites came into the picture.Some of my other hobbies include more technical things such as self hosting. Simple Websites, is an all in one, subscription based product for getting a one page website up and running online. It includes a variety of features such as the website itself, based on a template, the web hosting and more. With everything included that a website typically needs, the singular price point of either a monthly or annual subscription makes things, well, simple!If you need to go a bit further, a system of add-ons enables you to really enhance the website. But if you find yourself having to go even beyond a simple website, I can continue to support you with other products in my suite.What am I allowed to change on my website
On the standard service plan, customers are able to change any of the text, stock images used on their website, contact form fields if their website has a contact form and any icons on the website, if it has icons. You can make as many changes as you want with this as part of your subscription. So, if your a business who's opening hours change quite frequently, or you have a new menu to upload as part of your restaurant, you can easily request that.If you want to be able to change almost any aspect of your website, from the colours used to the layout, the premium service plan would be what is recommended.What domain name will my website be on if I don't buy or use my own domain name?
If you choose to not use a domain name, your website will receive a subdomain off of evanwebservices.com. There are some restrictions, namely that the subdomain must be available and it must not be considered offensive by certain groups. Or to phrase it differently, I will approve the sub domain allocation if I believe the name is appropriate.I want to change my billing period or the payment method I use, how do I do that?
You are able to manage your entire account with me by visiting my Stripe Customer Portal. Virtually all my billing is handled through Stripe so you are able to do a variety things, such as change your subscription period, change your payment method, cancel your subscription, etc.What happens if I cancel my subscription?
As Simple Websites is a subscription model, when you cancel, your subscription will continue until what would have been the next renewal period. So, either your monthly or annual billing date. After cancellation, your website will be taken offline, with the website resources in an offline state for a minimum of 30 days. This is done to allow you to re-enable your subscription in an easy way if you have a change of heart.After 30 days, at my own discretion, I may remove the website files entirely so as to free up the resources for another customer. Of course, at your own request, you can have your website deleted entirely immediately upon the subscription period ending.Can I take my website files to a different hosting provider?
No, unfortunately as part of both my product philosophy and the terms of service of our provider, we cannot export the files of a website built with the technology, for hosting elsewhere. In general too, any 'backend' components that your template uses, such as a form, will break and you would need to identify a solution yourself to get that up and running.What is the Premium Service Plan?
The Premium Service Plan, is an add-on that allows you to make almost any change that you like, within the confines of the platform, to your website. This includes things such as the overall layout of the website, colour schemes, etc. The service plan is ideal if you want to really make your Simple Website align with your brand or extend your website just enough to make it more feature complete, while retaining a one page design style.Premium Service Plan customers are also entitled to receive priority service whenever a change request comes in. If Standard customers are in the queue, Premium customers will be put to the top of the queue.What happens if I cancel my Premium Service Plan?
If you cancel your service plan, you will revert to the same rules that apply to standard service plan customers in that we will only update the text and images of your website. Any changes you made previously as part of your premium service plan, will stay as they are and will not be modified unless you reactivate the premium service plan.What is Priority Delivery
Priority Delivery is an add-on that aims to have your website delivered to you within 72 hours. This relies upon you having the required content ready for your website, to submit once you have sent your order to me. Any other orders are put on hold if your order is in Priority. However, please note if there are multiple Priority orders, a first come, first served system is used.If for whatever reason, your website is not delivered within 72 hours, then you will receive a full refund of the delivery fee.What if I want something a lot more advanced than Simple Websites?
